BoardCraft offers a 14-day refund window for paid charges, including new purchases and renewals.

If you are not happy with a paid BoardCraft charge, you can request a refund within 14 days of that charge. This applies to both first-time paid purchases and subscription renewal charges.
To request a refund, email refund@boardcraft.app with the email address on your account and any purchase details that can help us find the charge.
BoardCraft may review refund requests involving substantial exports or downloads, suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of product policies.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but cancellation and refund requests are handled separately. If you want a refund for a recent charge, please contact support within the 14-day window.
Paid plans are processed securely through Freemius. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your statement may depend on Freemius, your payment provider, or your bank.
