We use account details such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers to sign you in and keep your work tied to your account.

Board and asset data you create is stored so you can return to your projects, export designs, and manage your library across devices.

Billing is handled by our payment provider. BoardCraft does not store raw payment card details on its own servers.

BoardCraft uses essential cookies for login, security, routing, billing, verification, and app functionality. Optional analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you allow them, and you can change your choice from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

If you contact support, we may keep the messages you send so we can resolve issues and improve the product.
