How BoardCraft handles your information.

BoardCraft only collects the information required to provide the editor, manage accounts, process billing, and respond to support requests.

We use account details such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers to sign you in and keep your work tied to your account.

Board and asset data you create is stored so you can return to your projects, export designs, and manage your library across devices.

Billing is handled by our payment provider. BoardCraft does not store raw payment card details on its own servers.

If you contact support, we may keep the messages you send so we can resolve issues and improve the product.
