Keep classroom projects easy to find. Use title search, folders, and sorting, then rename, duplicate, or move boards without changing the artwork inside them.
1. Open the Boards workspace
The My Boards page brings your saved boards into one workspace. Each card shows a thumbnail or placeholder, title, physical dimensions, and last-edited time. Select the preview image to open that board in the editor.
The heading changes when you choose a named folder or Uncategorized. To start a design, select Create a Board. When a named folder is selected, the new board is created in that folder.
Before leaving an open editor, save changes you want to keep. Dashboard actions work with saved boards. Follow Save Your Board and Resolve Editing Conflicts if a save needs attention.
Folders help you file projects by subject, season, school year, or collection. A board has one folder location at a time; moving it changes where it is filed without changing its design.

2. Find boards with folders, title search, and sorting
Open the Folder control beside search. Its Browse folders panel offers All Boards, Uncategorized, and your named folders.
Choose All Boards to search your workspace, Uncategorized for boards without a folder, or a named folder for that collection.
Enter a title or part of a title in Search boards by title.... Results update after a short pause, with a result count.
Choose a Sort option. Use the search field's X button to clear the text when finished.

3. Create and manage folders
Open Folder, then choose New folder at the bottom of Browse folders. Enter a Folder name and select Create folder. The new folder becomes the selected location, ready for boards.
Keep names short and useful, such as “Reading,” “Autumn,” or “Ready to Print.” You can find a folder with Search folders… in Browse folders. Use Load more folders if more folders are available.

Open the three-dot actions button beside a named folder for these choices:
Create board here: open the new-board picker with that folder as the destination.
Rename: edit Folder name and choose Save name.
Delete: open the folder-deletion confirmation described below.

4. Move one board to a folder
Find the board and open its card's three-dot menu.
Choose Move to Folder.
Select the destination folder, or choose Uncategorized to remove the board from its named folder.

Selecting a destination starts the move; there is no separate Save step. The current location is disabled. Use Search folders… to find a destination, or choose Cancel to close the dialog without moving anything.
If you are viewing the source folder, a successfully moved board leaves that view. Open the destination folder or All Boards to find it. Its title, size, and elements stay the same.
5. Rename, duplicate, or share a board
Use the board card's three-dot menu to manage that project:
Action | Result |
|---|---|
Rename | Edit the title on the card, then choose Save. Cancel keeps the existing name. The title cannot be empty. |
Duplicate | Create an independent board whose title ends in Copy. It stays in the same folder as the original. |
Move to Folder | Choose a new filing location for the saved board. |
Share Template / Manage Template | Open template-sharing controls. Sharing requires Seller access. |
Delete | Open a confirmation for permanent board deletion. |

6. Move several boards together
Use the selection square at the top-left of each board preview. Check the selected count in the toolbar above the cards.
Select the folder icon, Move selected boards.
Choose one destination in the dialog to move the selected boards together.
Open the destination folder and check the results.

After a successful move, the selection clears. If some boards could not move, the dialog reports how many failed; check the destination and retry. Boards that already moved remain in their new location.
Select a card's square again to deselect it, or use the toolbar's X button, Clear selected boards, to leave selection mode. Switching folders also clears the selection.
The toolbar's trash icon, Delete selected boards, opens a deletion confirmation. Check the selection count before using it.
7. Understand board and folder deletion
For one board, choose Delete from its card menu, review Delete Board?, then choose Delete or Cancel. For several boards, use Delete selected boards and review the number being removed before confirming.

If a board is shared, the confirmation also warns about its template link. To retire a shared design, open Manage Template and turn off sharing before deleting the original. Recipients' existing copies remain separate boards.
Deleting a folder preserves its boards. Open the named folder's actions, choose Delete, and review Delete Folder?. Selecting Delete Folder removes the folder and moves its boards to Uncategorized. Cancel keeps the folder.

8. Find a board that seems missing
Choose All Boards and clear the title search.
Search for a distinctive part of the title and wait for results to finish loading.
Check the destination folder after a move, or Uncategorized after deleting a folder.
Use Load more boards or Load more results if more items are available.
Check that you are signed in to the account where the board was saved.
If a title has just changed and search does not find it, clear search and check All Boards with Last edited sorting.
If a loading error appears, use Try loading boards again or Try loading more boards again. For folder-loading errors, use Retry.
A board that was permanently deleted will not return when you clear filters or reload the page.
